Hillsborough County – A boating incident on the Hillsborough River Sunday night sent three people to the hospital.

What we know:
According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, the 19-foot vessel, with four people on board, was travelling along the Hillsborough River when it hit the rocks near Ignacio Haya Linear Park.
Three of the four occupants were injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
The Tampa Police Department and Tampa Fire Rescue responded to the scene of the accident.
