WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. – A Florida Missing Child Alert is active as law enforcement officers scour the Wesley Chapel area for two young sisters who vanished from their neighborhood.
Pasco County search
What we know:
Pasco County sheriff’s deputies are searching for 10-year-old Kloe Mathis and 14-year-old Jada Mathis. The girls were last seen around 8 p.m. on Thursday in the area of the 6800th block of Angus Valley Drive in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Authorities described Khloe as 5 feet tall and 102 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, black shorts and light blue Crocs.

Jada is described as 4 feet, 11 inches tall and 120 pounds, also with blonde hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a red sweater, black shirt and dark-colored shorts when she disappeared.
Missing girls investigation
What we don’t know:
Officials have not released the circumstances surrounding their disappearance.
It is also unclear whether the girls left on foot or if they are believed to be in a vehicle.
