According to Squamish Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Canada, McLean\u2019s death is being investigated as a homicide. Here\u2019s the latest:\u00a0<\/p>

What we know:<\/p>

Squamish RCMP said McLean, 45, was reported missing May 18, three days after he was last seen at his home in Lions Bay, B.C., about 20 miles outside of Vancouver.\u00a0<\/p>

On May 20, homicide investigators took over the case. In a statement to\u00a0CBC<\/u>, police said McLean\u2019s remains were found in the Lions Bay area.\u00a0<\/p>

What we don’t know:<\/p>

Police haven\u2019t said how McLean died, nor have they identified a suspect or motive.\u00a0<\/p>

What they’re saying:<\/p>

“We are pursuing all available leads as we work to find answers for the family, friends and loved ones of Mr. McLean,” Cpl. Esther Tupper said in a release given to CBC.\u00a0<\/p>

“It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our beloved client, Stew McLean,” talent agent Jodi Caplan of Lucas Talent Inc. wrote on\u00a0Facebook<\/u>. “I was fortunate to have worked with Stew for more than 10 years.<\/p>

“He was always such a pleasure to deal with – dedicated, professional, eager, and endlessly funny!” she continued. “Many casting directors have reached out to share their condolences with Stew\u2019s family and with our agency, and every message says the same thing: what a truly great guy he was, and how deeply he will be missed. Rest in peace, Stew.”<\/p>
