CLEARWATER BEACH, Fla.<\/strong> – <\/span>Clearwater Fire and Rescue is investigating the cause of an early morning blaze.<\/p>

Clearwater Motel Fire<\/h2>

What we know:<\/p>

<\/div>

According to CFR, a call came in when the fire was spotted at 3:45 a.m. at 403 East Shore Drive in Clearwater Beach.<\/p>

CFR said heavy fire was coming from the roof, the fire was difficult to access due to fencing around the property.<\/p>

The fire was under control in less than 30 minutes.<\/p>

No injuries were reported. CFR said the motel appeared to be abandoned or temporarily closed.<\/p>

What we don’t know:<\/p>

It is unclear what caused the fire.<\/p>
